Price and Offers
All prices and offers shown on the Website are subject to availability while stocks last. If stock is unavailable, we will contact the user with the revised price and you will either pay or be refunded the difference. Alternatively, you may be offered the option to cancel your request.
Only one discount offer, code, or voucher may be used per single request.
All prices shown on the Website include VAT at the prevailing rate.
The Website constitutes an invitation to treat. Orders placed are offers to purchase which HI Weldrick Ltd may accept or decline at its absolute discretion without being required to provide a reason. An automatic confirmation email is sent to confirm receipt of the order request. This does not constitute acceptance of the offer. A contract is only formed when HI Weldrick Ltd issues a sales invoice or delivery invoice. All orders are checked by the pharmacy team before release and before any sales or delivery invoice is issued.
Once an order has been placed on the Website, the transaction is manually processed on the premises of HI Weldrick Ltd by a registered pharmacist. Their pharmacist is registered with the GPhC.
We can only process prescriptions from an original prescription. Once you have placed your request for supply, the original prescription must be sent to HI Weldrick Ltd, Leedale House, Railway Court, Doncaster, DN4 5FB. We cannot dispatch any order until the original prescription has been received and checked by their pharmacist.
Copyright and Intellectual Property
All product information on the Website is wholly owned by HI Weldrick Ltd. Under no circumstances may anyone download data or information from the Website for commercial use. Users may only download information relating to a specific product for information purposes. Users are reminded to check all packaging and enclosed leaflets for product information, directions, and warnings, and these must be followed when using any supplied product.
Delivery (Postage and Packaging)
It is the customer’s responsibility to enter the correct delivery address at the time of ordering. If an incorrect address is provided, HI Weldrick Ltd is not obliged to resend the order to the correct address at its own expense. Customers are advised to contact Customer Services immediately if a delivery address has been entered incorrectly, as once an item has been despatched, the address cannot be amended.
If, after an order has been placed, HI Weldrick Ltd is unable to dispatch part of the order for any reason, it may at its discretion either send the part of the order that is in stock or remove item(s) from the order. In such cases, a refund will be made to the customer and a note enclosed with the invoice in the package.
All delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed, unless the Next Day Delivery service is selected and paid for.
Although HI Weldrick Ltd reserves the right to choose the method of delivery and packaging, packaging will generally be discreet, with a plain, unprinted outer wrapper.
HI Weldrick Ltd also reserves the right to use any delivery method it considers appropriate. Current delivery charges are as follows and may be changed at any time:
- Delivery within the UK
- Store items and Over The Counter products
- Standard Delivery via Royal Mail
- (fully tracked 48-hour service from despatch – not guaranteed)
Royal Mail does not permit more than 2 aerosols in any one package. Therefore, orders containing more than 2 aerosols must be sent using the Next Day Delivery service listed below.
Postage and packaging for UK orders up to a value of £35 is £3.45. Standard orders over £35 qualify for free delivery, unless otherwise stated in the product description. This does not apply to prescription orders.
Orders exceeding 4kg in weight will incur additional charges. Customers should refer to the Delivery Information page at www.weldricks.co.uk/delivery for a full breakdown of charges.
Orders over £35 retain free delivery for the first 4kg, and customers will only pay any additional charges above that weight.
Approximately 95% of orders are despatched within 3 working days and are normally delivered to your chosen address within 5 working days.
First Class Recorded Delivery
(1–3 days from despatch – not guaranteed. Signature required on delivery)
Royal Mail does not allow more than 2 aerosols in one parcel. Orders containing more than 2 aerosols must therefore be sent by Next Day Delivery.
First Class Recorded prices start from £3.99. Customers should refer to www.weldricks.co.uk/delivery for a full pricing breakdown.
Next Day Delivery
Guaranteed next day delivery before 1pm on orders placed before 3:30pm Monday to Thursday. Orders placed on a Friday will require a Saturday next day service. A signature is required on delivery. Deliveries are not made on Sundays or Bank Holidays.
Next Day Delivery prices start from £4.99. A full breakdown of charges is available at www.weldricks.co.uk/delivery.
Recorded and Next Day Delivery packages must be signed for at the delivery address. If a parcel is returned to HI Weldrick Ltd for any reason, the customer will be responsible for any redelivery costs. If the customer chooses to cancel the order, only the cost of the goods will be refunded.
Deliveries to Mainland Scotland (excluding Highlands)
An additional 85p will be charged per order to Mainland Scotland.
Deliveries to Northern Ireland and the offshore islands of England and Scotland (including Highlands)
Heavy items may be sent using an alternative courier, UK Mail, and additional charges may apply. Customer Services will contact customers if this is the case.
Orders containing more than 2 aerosols cannot be sent using Royal Mail Next Day Delivery and will instead be sent using UK Mail, with additional charges applying. Customer Services will contact customers with further information once the order is received.
Unfortunately, we cannot deliver aerosols internationally, to Northern Ireland, or to the offshore islands of England and Scotland. We can still deliver to the Scottish Highlands mainland, but due to courier changes, an additional postage charge may apply. Please contact Customer Services on 0845 402 4409 for more details.
Prescriptions
NHS Prescriptions qualify for FREE delivery. Private Prescriptions follow the same delivery charges as standard transactions.
HI Weldrick Ltd can only dispense prescriptions written by practitioners registered in the UK and EU.
Vet Prescriptions
HI Weldrick Ltd can only accept veterinary prescriptions for UK customers with UK delivery addresses, and only where the prescription has been written by a UK-registered vet.
Delivery Outside the UK
Store items and Over The Counter products
International delivery rates start from £14.99 and depend on the weight of the order. Further information is available from Customer Services. If further delivery charges apply, Customer Services will contact the customer directly. Customers are advised to check www.weldricks.co.uk/delivery for a full breakdown of charges.
Restrictions and Taxes
HI Weldrick Ltd accepts no responsibility for orders stopped or held by international customs.
Some countries place restrictions on the types of products that may be imported by post. We cannot be held responsible if goods are seized by customs. It is the customer’s responsibility to check local Customs and Excise restrictions before ordering. HI Weldrick Ltd cannot be held liable if goods are seized by customs or returned to us. In such cases, delivery charges will not be refunded.
Import duties and taxes may be payable in some countries, and it is the customer’s responsibility to pay these charges.
Due to FDA regulations and US Customs requirements, we cannot guarantee the supply of any medicines to the United States or Canada. Customers will be emailed a disclaimer by Customer Services and asked to confirm that they understand this clause within one week of placing an order. Orders for which no confirmation is received within one week will be cancelled and any monies paid will be refunded.
BFPO (British Forces Post Office)
Deliveries are available to British servicemen and UK residents serving with the British Forces or in consulates outside the UK. Postage and packaging for BFPO orders will start from £6.40 per order. Heavier packages will incur additional charges. The user will be advised of the revised price and you will either pay, or be asked to pay, the difference. Alternatively, you may be given the opportunity to cancel your request. Free delivery does not apply to BFPO orders. Additional postage and packaging charges may also apply where stated in the specific product description.
We are now able to send aerosols and liquids worldwide, although additional charges will apply. Please contact our Customer Services Department for further advice.
Postage Insurance
Regardless of destination, your order is only insured for contents up to £50. If a package contains goods of greater value, it is the customer’s responsibility to arrange any additional postal insurance. Details of these costs can be obtained from the Customer Services Department.
HI Weldrick Ltd cannot be held responsible for failure to deliver by any third-party delivery provider used.
Lost or Missing Packages
A package can only be reported as missing to Royal Mail once it has not arrived within 15 working days (3 weeks). Most missing items are located within the postal system during this period. If after 15 working days an order still has not arrived, customers should contact Customer Services on 0845 402 4409 with their order number and full name and address. Customer Services will then submit a claim with Royal Mail and arrange either a refund or a replacement order.
Returns and Exchanges
Packages Returned by Postal Services
If an item is returned to HI Weldrick Ltd for any reason, they will attempt to contact the customer to arrange redelivery. However, this will incur redelivery charges, which the customer will be responsible for. If the customer then chooses to cancel the order, only the cost of the goods will be refunded.
Return of Unwanted Items
It is the customer’s responsibility to contact Customer Services on 0845 402 4409 within 7 working days of receipt to advise of their wish to return or exchange any item(s) and to obtain an Authorised Returns Number. After this period, acceptance of any return or exchange will be entirely at the discretion of HI Weldrick Ltd. Once a return is approved, all items must be received within 30 days from the date of delivery for this condition to apply.
Please note that once opened and/or used, products cannot be returned unless faulty or damaged. In addition, products of a cosmetic, medicinal, or personal nature cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. Returned items will only be refunded if they are returned in a saleable condition. If the original order was sent free of charge by HI Weldrick Ltd, customers are responsible for the cost of returning the items. If the customer originally paid for delivery, a free return address may be provided by Customer Services. It is strongly recommended that items are returned by Recorded Delivery, as HI Weldrick Ltd accepts no responsibility for items lost in the post. Customers are responsible for ensuring returned goods are packaged adequately to prevent damage during transit.
Return of Faulty or Damaged Items
Customers should contact Customer Services on 0845 402 4409 to advise of faulty or damaged goods and obtain an Authorised Returns Number. Customers should provide their order number, name, address, and the reason for return. If items are returned without an Authorised Returns Number, HI Weldrick Ltd will be unable to offer an exchange. It is strongly recommended that returned items are sent by Recorded Delivery, as HI Weldrick Ltd cannot accept responsibility for items lost in the post.
If no fault is found with the returned item(s), HI Weldrick Ltd reserves the right to recover any costs and/or expenses incurred from the customer.
Products of a cosmetic, medicinal, or personal nature cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.
Faulty items will be accepted in accordance with the manufacturer’s warranty terms. This does not affect the customer’s statutory rights.
If a customer refuses delivery of a damaged item, they must notify Customer Services within 7 days as stated above.
Failed Deliveries
If an item is returned due to failed delivery, HI Weldrick Ltd reserves the right to charge £2.66 for redelivery.
Unauthorised Returns
If items are returned without an Authorised Returns Number, HI Weldrick Ltd will be unable to offer an exchange.
Any refunds due will be processed using the same payment method originally used by the customer.
Payment
Payment may be made by debit card or credit card using our secure Sage Pay service, which ensures your payment details remain secure. As none of the payment information you submit passes through the Website itself, we do not at any time access or retain any debit or credit card details.

Privacy Policy
Every effort has been made to ensure that this database is secure and that it can only be accessed by HI Weldrick Ltd and, on occasion, trusted third parties such as doctors, medical writers, and IT personnel for the purpose of improving the site.

Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE)
The United Kingdom is under an obligation to reduce the disposal of Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) in household waste and to promote recycling, recovery, and environmentally responsible disposal. Certain electrical items must not be disposed of in domestic waste and should instead be taken to an approved WEEE take-back scheme. Prescriptions
THE FOLLOWING ADDITIONAL TERMS APPLY TO ANY USER OF THE PRESCRIPTION SERVICE.
We are only able to process NHS and Private Prescriptions written by a UK, EU, or Swiss prescriber.
We are unable to process veterinary private prescriptions unless they are written by a UK prescriber.
All prescription services provided by H I Weldrick Ltd are offered on a reasonable endeavours basis. Requests made electronically or otherwise for a prescription from your doctor will be forwarded to your doctor as soon as reasonably practicable. Due to differences between systems, we cannot guarantee the time of arrival at your doctor’s surgery or guarantee arrival at all. The user is responsible for checking that the request has been received by their doctor.
We may only legally dispense medicines once we have received either a valid paper prescription signed by the user’s prescribing doctor or a properly authorised electronic prescription from the prescribing doctor. H I Weldrick Ltd cannot guarantee that making a request for a prescription will result in a prescription being issued by your doctor. Prescriptions are issued entirely at the discretion of the prescribing doctor.
We cannot be held responsible for any failure by you to provide written evidence of exemption from payment or valid payment prior to despatch. If exemption evidence or payment details are not provided, or if payment is rejected, refused, or withdrawn, H I Weldrick Ltd reserves the right to withhold despatch of the medicines. Where exemption details or valid payment are not provided, H I Weldrick Ltd will endeavour to contact you so that the required information can be supplied.
If your prescription medicines appear to be incorrect or damaged, or if the delivery appears to be incorrect, please contact our Customer Services Department on 0845 402 4409. H I Weldrick Ltd will endeavour to replace damaged or incorrect orders.
Postage and packaging for all NHS prescriptions is free of charge*. A freepost facility is available to send your prescription to H I Weldrick Ltd. If you have a prepaid first-class envelope, the prescription will be sent first class. Handwritten or printed labels will be sent second class. Our freepost address is:

To help speed up despatch, you may fax us a copy of the prescription to 01302 554169. However, products will not be despatched until the original prescription has been received and checked by H I Weldrick Ltd.
* We recommend that prescriptions for controlled drugs or medicines requiring refrigeration are dispensed by your local community pharmacy. However, if you wish us to fulfil prescriptions for such medicines, they will be delivered to UK addresses by specialist courier and will incur additional delivery charges. In such cases, we will contact you to confirm the postage cost before despatch.
Delivery of prescription items must be signed for by an adult. These items cannot be left in a secure location or with a neighbour. Delivery will be made Monday to Saturday. We will notify you when your order has been despatched, and it should usually arrive 48 hours after despatch, unless that day falls on a Sunday.
Private Prescriptions are charged £3.45 postage and packaging for UK orders up to a value of £35. Private prescription orders over £35 qualify for free delivery, unless otherwise stated in the relevant item description. Heavier packages will be charged accordingly. The user will be informed of the revised charge and asked to pay the difference, or may alternatively be offered the opportunity to cancel the order.
We strongly recommend that any unused prescription medicines are returned to your local community pharmacy for safe disposal. However, if you wish to return unused prescription medicines to H I Weldrick Ltd, you must first contact Customer Services on 0845 402 4409 to obtain an Authorised Returns Number.
Any unused prescription medicines returned to H I Weldrick Ltd must be in sealed packaging and sufficiently robust to be sent safely through the post.
